    PRIVACY POLICY

    This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) shall apply to all of the information that KRAMBIS Research and Manufacturing Complex Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “KRAMBIS R&MC LLC”) can receive about the User while using the company’s website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) located at crambis.com.


    1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

    1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
    1.1.1. “Website Administration” shall mean the authorized employees managing the Website, acting on behalf of KRAMBIS R&MC LLC, who organize and (or) process personal data, and who also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) undertaken with personal data.
    1.1.2. “Personal data” shall mean any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (personal data subject).
    1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” shall mean any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access to), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. 1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” shall mean a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person, who has gained access to personal data, to prevent dissemination thereof without the personal data subject’s consent or other legal grounds.
    1.1.5. “Website User” (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) shall mean a person who has access to the Website at crambis.com.
    1.1.6. “Cookies” shall mean a small data file that is sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open the page of the corresponding website.
    1.1.7. “IP address” shall mean a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.


    2. GENERAL

    2.1. This Privacy Policy shall apply to crambis.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) on all computer devices. The use of the Website by the User shall mean acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User’s personal data. The User is informed and agrees that their consent, which is given in electronic form on the Website, is a consent that fully meets the requirements of the laws on personal data and allows confirming the fact of its receipt by KRAMBIS R&MC LLC.
    2.2. The Website Administration may periodically make changes to this Privacy Policy. Further use of the Website after the publication or distribution of a notice of changes to this Privacy Policy shall mean that the User agrees with the changes made.
    2.3. This Privacy Policy shall apply only to the Website. The Website Administration shall not control and shall not be responsible for third-party websites, to which the User can click on the links available on the Website.
    2.4. The Website Administration shall not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Website User.
    2.5. By providing KRAMBIS R&MC LLC with personal data when submitting an application on the Website, the User voluntarily agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
    2.6. Providing to KRAMBIS R&MC LLC any information that is considered confidential under applicable law is voluntary.


    3. SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

    3.1. This Privacy Policy shall establish the obligations of the Website Administration to not disclose and to ensure the protection of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Website Administration when submitting an application for services.
    3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy shall be provided by the User by filling out the application form on the Website.
    3.3. By filling out an application on the Website, by their own will and in their interest, the User agrees to processing, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, (clarification, update, change), use, transfer to the Website Administration, depersonalization, blocking, and destruction of personal data, which, depending on the application form, shall include the following personal data:

    • User's last name, first name, patronymic;
    • User’s contact phone number;
    • User’s email.

    3.4. The Website Administration shall protect Data that are automatically transmitted during browsing when visiting pages on which the statistical system script is installed:

    • IP address;
    • information from cookies;
    • information about the browser;
    • access time;
    • referrer (address of the previous page).

    3.4.1. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Website.
    3.4.2. The Website Administration shall collect statistics on the IP addresses of the Website Users. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems as well as to analyze the audience visiting the Website.
    3.5. The Website Administration shall interact with the User by sending messages, letters by email and in other ways. KRAMBIS R&MC LLC may send the User messages related to the availability of services, security, and other aspects of the provision of goods and services. To communicate with the User, emails, notifications on the Website, SMS messages, and other communication methods available as part of the provision of services shall be used.
    The User shall have the right at any time to delete their personal data from the database of KRAMBIS R&MC LLC. The User may send a corresponding request to sales@crambis.com.


    4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL USER INFORMATION

    4.1. The User’s personal data may be used by the Website Administration for the following purposes:

    • rendering of services, consultations;
    • personalized advertising offers;
    • analysis of the audience and improvement of the Website;
    • improvement of the user support system;
    • organizing promotions and contests as well as the preparation of personal offers.

    5. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING METHODS AND TERMS

    5.1. The User’s personal data shall be processed without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools. The User agrees that the information provided by them on the Website will be available to the employees of KRAMBIS R&MC LLC and will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
    5.2. The User’s personal data may be transferred to the authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the laws of the Russian Federation.
    5.3. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration shall inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
    5.4. The Website Administration shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution as well as from other third parties’ illegal actions.
    5.5. In order to protect the personal data of Users, KRAMBIS R&MC LLC shall inform its employees about the rules for working with personal data and provide control over compliance with them.


    6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

    6.1. The User shall:
    6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary to use the Website.
    6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of any changes to such information.
    6.2. The Website Administration shall:
    6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
    6.2.2. Ensure the storage of confidential information in secret, not disclose the information received to third parties without the User’s prior written permission, with the exception of clause 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.
    6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data.
    6.2.4. Block the personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of contact or request of the User or his/her legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions with personal data.


    7. RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTIES

    7.1. KRAMBIS R&MC LLC shall not be responsible for any harm or loss caused to the User due to errors or inaccuracies in the information indicated by the User on the Website. KRAMBIS R&MC LLC shall, in turn, make every effort to resolve the disagreements that have arisen between the User and the Website.
    7.2. In the absence of access to the Website, both in whole and in part, due to preventive maintenance or other works of a technical nature that ensure the normal functioning of the Website, the Website Administration shall not be responsible to the Users for not receiving any information by the latter.


    8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    8.1. Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
    8.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notify the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.
    8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority at the location of KRAMBIS R&MC LLC.
    8.4. The applicable laws of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration.


    9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

    9.1. The Website Administration shall have the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
    9.2. The new Privacy Policy shall come into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the amended Privacy Policy.
    9.3. The User may inform the Administration about all suggestions or questions about this Privacy Policy by phone numbers indicated on the Website or by email.
    9.4. The valid Privacy Policy is posted at crambis.com
